Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Wow I always hear amazing comments about the staff and the food in Burger Freakz in Swansea so I decided to visit and order food. The high level of customer service from start to finish absolutely exceeded my expectations. Ryan and Katie are such genuine, lovely beautiful people. So friendly and welcoming. They are very much interested in their customers and want their customers to have a great experience at Burger freakz. The food is fantastic and of an excellent high quality. So tasty and delicious!!!!! It was plentiful absolutely excellent value for money. The establishment was something I have never seen before. Very original, vibrant and creative! An absolute fantastic experience at Burger Freakz!! Well done guys amazing!!!!

As an American I can say this was an awesome burger! The fries were excellent and their BBQ sauce was superb. The staff was incredibly nice and polite. Would definitely eat here again.

Ordered a double cheeseburger made with American cheese and house mac sauce. Cost 8.50, very good value. The burger was very tasty, charred but juicy and sauce/cheese added to it. Would definitely visit agsin

The atmosphere is top-notch—modern yet cozy, with great music, thoughtful decor, and a vibe that strikes the perfect balance between laid-back and lively. The customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, checked in at all the right times, and made us feel truly welcomed. You can tell they care about the guest experience. And the food? Absolutely incredible. The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The buns were fresh, the toppings generous and well-balanced, and the fries were crispy and addictive.

Visited whilst my girlfriend was working down here and can honestly say one of the best takeaways I’ve ever had! Not only was the food insanely good, the man who we collected the food from was so so lovely! Can’t fault the place, if only you had a store in Tamworth

Amazing burgers and the loaded fries are incredible too! We loved the food we had here including some seasonal sides like the deep fried pigs in blankets. The Spanish burger was our favourite but very closely followed by the tikka fries. It is very well priced and the staff are lovely too! Definitely one to add to your list to visit and be sure to check out the monthly specials!
